What we do
We conduct hundreds of projects every year for a wide range of clients who are looking to gather opinions from businesses, the general public or consumer groups – by phone from our Central London offices or face-to-face at various points across the country. Our client list includes governmental and regulatory authorities, the major banks, visitor attractions, rail companies and energy suppliers.
All interviewers are trained continuously in-house to MRS and IQCS standards, refining their technique to maximise respondent participation and accurately record responses.
What you’ll bring
Previous research interviewing experience is advantageous but not necessary as training and on-going mentoring is provided.
At a minimum we are looking for individuals who have good computer skills and are:
- Well mannered
- Professionally minded
- Target orientated
- Self-motivated
- Upbeat with a persuasive manner
